The Four Year Program
The Four-Year Program is the cornerstone of ICYAS and the first of its kind in the world. It provides a structured and progressive education in the yogic arts and sciences, integrating the disciplines of yoga, meditation, healing, yogic numerology, leadership, and much more, into one unified system.
Each year builds upon the previous one, increasing depth, complexity, and professional capacity.

Applied Outcome
Year 1 – Foundation
Study of the human system (Ten-Body Yoga, Numerology, Meditation) and the development of daily personal practice.
Students can teach introductory classes and workshops and begin offering basic personalized guidance sessions.
Year 2 – Application
Healing, 40 Steps of Life, leadership and facilitation.
Students can lead intensive programs, offer private 1:1 coaching sessions, and use the Book of Life system for clients.
Year 3 – Facilitation
Integration of teaching, healing, and coaching skills. One-on-one work, group facilitation, and professional projects.
Students can offer healing sessions and programs, prescriptive yoga and yoga therapy, for individuals and groups.
Year 4 – Integration
Professional identity, practicum, mentorship, and service leadership.
Students develop expertise in a specialization, work with special populations, and are prepared to teach, coach, and lead professional development programs.
POST GRADUATE
Once you’re certified and actively practicing, you will maintain your ICYAS credential with annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities. Earn CPD credits through a combination of exclusive ICYAS offerings and selected learning from other providers.
YEAR ONE – FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
In year one, your primary focus will be on the vocabulary, principles and practices of the yogic arts and sciences. You will understand yourself and others in new ways, strengthen your mind and nervous system, and explore how to direct energy so that you become much more flexible in how you communicate and understand the reality of life.
Taking an innovative approach to learning, the Foundations program is designed to take you on a transformational journey. Self-paced and always available online, it is presented in four 12-week modules.
Each module includes assignments, quizzes and tests. The program is completed with a final exam. The Foundations Program is the basis for all training in the Yogic Arts and Sciences.
It can be taken on its own for personal enrichment, for basic yoga teacher training, or as the prerequisite for applied training on the certification pathway.
