The Discipline of the Ten Radiances
Das means ten. Prakash means radiance.
Das Prakash® Healing is the disciplined and ongoing study of the Ten Radiances and Twelve Aspects that form the architecture of human life. It includes the healing of each radiance within the individual and the conscious development of each, individually and collectively, as precise instruments of healing.
Within this discipline, the human being is understood as a luminous ecosystem composed of ten interrelated radiances expressed through twelve functional dimensions of awareness. Each radiance is cultivated through structured practice, refined perception, and guided application. Together they form a coherent field capable of steadiness, amplification, and directed projection.
This healing discipline is developed and taught by Yogi Akal and offered exclusively through the International Centre for Yogic Arts and Sciences.

The Architecture of the Ten Radiances the Twelve Aspects
The First Body is the Central Essence, the originating core of life and generative intelligence.
The Second, Third, and Fourth Bodies express the three mental capacities of discernment, creativity, and neutrality, governing perception, projection, and equilibrium.
The Fifth Body is the physical and sensory being through which all radiances operate in tangible form.
The Sixth Body governs destiny, immune intelligence, and self-esteem, stabilizing identity and life direction.
The Seventh is the Circumvent Magnetic Field, the protective and communicative perimeter that defines the integrity of the individual presence.
The Eighth is the Pranic Life Force that animates and sustains the human ecosystem.
The Ninth is the Subtle Body, the dimension of refined perception, extraordinary capability, grace, precision, expanded awareness, and continuity of the Central Essence before and after physical birth.
The Tenth is the Radiant Body, the sovereign field of projection that determines extension, authority, and movement through the greater field of existence.
When cultivated individually, each radiance strengthens awareness and capacity. When integrated, they operate as a unified field of coherent intelligence. The Eleventh state represents full integration of all radiances.
The Twelfth is the Point of Zero, the removal of the ego, through which the instrument functions in centered amplification and directed light.
As Yogi Akal teaches, when the Radiant Body of the practitioner engages the Arc Line of the individual receiving the work, alignment is initiated within the field and the healing process is activated through the interaction of the radiances.
Yogi Akal and the Development of das prakash healing
The origins of Das Prakash® Healing extend to the early 1970s when Yogi Akal began formal study in complementary healing, holistic health, and creative communication. During this period he developed and taught innovative wellness programs at universities, hospitals, and institutional environments, and served as Chair of the Provincial Task Force on the Arts for Special Groups in British Columbia.
In 1979 he entered full-time study of yoga and integrated his earlier healing work with the Yogic Arts and Sciences. Beginning in the early 1980s, he initiated sustained international teaching, working across continents with teachers, healers, and practitioners.
In 1991 he was recognized as a Master of Yogic Healing. From that point forward, he expanded and codified his healing work under the names Laser Touch Healing and Ten Body Healing, refining its structure, vocabulary, and applications through disciplined live instruction. In the early 2000s, the healing discipline was formally articulated as Das Prakash® Healing.
Today, for the first time, this immersive pathway is offered in a structured licensing format exclusively through the International Centre for Yogic Arts and Sciences. It is designed for committed participants and for those newly entering the healing field, and represents the most comprehensive and in-depth presentation of this healing discipline.

Live Immersion
Das Prakash® Healing is delivered primarily through in-person live immersion.
Participants engage in guided practice, supervised application, and structured immersion in the development of each radiance. Select online materials support preparation and integration between live sessions, including reference study and recorded teaching segments.
Participation is limited and structured in accordance with the nature of the discipline.
Details regarding module format, schedule, and participation criteria will be announced as the live structure is finalized.
Ongoing Study and Educator Pathway
Participants who complete the core immersion may continue into advanced levels of study.
An Educator Level provides further refinement in presentation, structure, and guided group work for those who wish to extend their engagement within community or educational settings under Centre guidelines.
Das Prakash® Healing exists within a broader body of work offered by the International Centre for Yogic Arts and Sciences. Participants may choose to engage additional disciplines according to their interest and preparation.

Deepen Your Path of Study
Many students choose to combine the Das Prakash Healing License with other ICYAS open learning programs, personalized programs, and additional licensing pathways to strengthen their study and expand their personal and professional application of the work. Drawing on complementary offerings supports more accurate insight, balanced perception, and more meaningful personal and professional practice within a broader field of development.
